Pre-handover Inspection was completed a week ago. Nothing major just a few chips here and there.

Getting keys on Friday!

It's been a while!

Builders' holidays finished last Monday so work started on the house again.

Handles to all the doors were fitted and mirrors that I thought looked dodgy are getting changed.

The electricians have been back to finish the downlights in the cement ceiling - major hassle!!

Cleaners were in, but not sure how much they got done.

So I've now started to get all the trades booked in for after the handover which should hopefully be 1st Feb! The carpets are ready, painters ready, fence installer, soakwells and the pool installer - can't wait to get it all done and dusted!!
